We work with leading Contractors and Building specialists to find staff for roles in Executive and Technical Management roles, from Live Project and Site Management, Commercial Management, Design Management, Pre Construction roles and Planning and Estimating Specialists.

Residential Developers

With partnerships formed with Private Developers and Affordable Development Partners, we recruit Senior Management, Contracts and Site Management. We have placed Commercial Quantity Surveyors, Procurement and Estimating Professionals. We also focus on land and development managements position in addition to technical management and customer care posts.

Freelance Appointments

Your journey with us

Stage 1 – Building your brief

We’ll arrange a telephone/ zoom call so we can get to know one another. We’ll discuss your short and long-term career objectives, salary expectations, locations, project preferences and find out more about what you want to achieve in terms of your life/work balance (this is important after all)

Stage 2 – Setting objectives

We’ll explore specific job roles and companies to better understand your objectives and agree on a timescale that suits you.

Stage 3 – Matching

We’ll assess your suitability, match your objectives to current or future roles and discuss your career pathway.

Stage 4 – Coordinating your process

We’ll submit your CV to our client(s) and arrange an interview.

Ensuring you are fully prepared, we‘ll send you all the details you need for the interview. We can also offer interview training and coaching at this point if desired

Stage 5 – Managing your process

We’ll request feedback from both you and the client. Arrange further interviews/site visits at the convenience of all parties and gain a written/verbal offer of employment.

Stage 6 – Dealing with offer and handover

We’ll handle the offer and collect references for the client. Negotiate offers and conditions if required, deal with the T&C’s and ensure you get the opportunity to discuss your future needs.

We can provide guidance for handing in your notice and ensure that you leave your current role in the best way possible. We are also on hand to help you with counteroffers if applicable.

Stage 7 – Aftercare

We’ll contact you on week 1, month 1, month 3 and month 6 and will be available to you at any time in the future.

During months 3 and 6, we will ensure that the role meets your expectations and that the client is happy with your immersion into the team, role and company. We will ask you for a review to ensure that our support has met your expectation.
